"Margaret and her husband were wonderful. Not only do they have a beautiful home with gorgeous views, but their hospitality was the best I have ever had at a B&B. Margaret went out of her way to provide , direction, maps, and discounted tours to help make the stay more enjoyable, and cost efficient. In addition, she told us about this incredible beach to watch the sunset, and beautiful way to spend an evening. The breakfasts were great and in addition all of her restaurant recommendations were right on the mark ( this coming from a California food snob). I could go on and on, do yourself a favor and stay here. you are guaranteed to have a great time" - Heather

Deliciously gaudy and sinfully bawdy, willkommen to the Kit Kat Club—a brassy and carefree world that is doomed to crumble. Set in Berlin in the early 1930s, Sally Bowles blindly performs in the smoky spotlight, unaware that people’s lives are about to be changed forever with the rise of the Nazi regime. Featuring the bold showstoppers Willkommen, The Money Song, and the title song, Cabaret will transport you back to a time when the gin was dry and the emcees slithered in the night.

Deep Sea: The Ride

Visitors to Deep Sea are taken aboard a submersible in search of the two great monsters of the deep ocean: The Giant Squid and the Sperm Whale. Two kilometres beneath the Ocean's surface, where pressure makes the environment more inhospitable than the surface of Mars, we follow a Sperm Whale through a spectacular hydrothermal vent community that teems with exotic life. It is a scene that has been observed by only a handful of ocean researchers. But there is more! Finding ourselves in the midst of a shoal of squid, we are amazed to see a Giant Squid up close. Hold on tight as our submersible is crushed between these two monsters as they jostle in a titanic struggle to survive.

Ruckus Dance
When: May 17-18th @ 7:30pm
Where: Centennial Theatre, 2300 Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver
More Info: 604-984-4484
77 Minutes imagines a desperate vision of a possible future where a national disaster—think nuclear war, terrorism, or earthquake—results in a despotic government that imposes extreme censorship on individual expression. Suspected trouble makers “disappear” under the guise of emergency measures. A group of dancers and musicians decide to take a stand against this repression. In seventy-seven minutes, through hip hop, tap, and contemporary dance driven by a five piece rock band, they sing and dance as though it were the last night of their lives…because it will be.
Ruckus Dance is a new twenty member company led by BC choreographer Brock Jellison who toured the world with the internationally acclaimed Tap Dogs production. --Centennial Theatre
